Please memorize for our next rehearsal, November 3rd.
Remember:
- At letter D, we are only doing solo verses 2 and 3, no verse 1!
- After each solo verse, go back to Letter C, "soal cake."
- After solo verse 3 is sung and you go back to C, the "made us all" is actually the last bar on page 5. It's short and goes right into the round at letter E.
Hanget Soi
Solid work on the memorization ladies! Keep working, especially getting the back half of the piece as good as the beginning! :)
New Blocking Notes
- Begin scene: lights come on and audience sees a bustling village and a large fire down stage centre. Silently warm your hands, move about in groups or alone while the intro happens.
- Please solidify the blocking. Click HERE for blocking notes and the video. Make sure you know when and where you're moving and where you're moving.
Jul, jul, strålande jul
Transition from Hanget Soi to Jul, jul:
- Ariana's family gathers in the centre behind the fire. Everyone else surrounds them in loving harmony.
- "That year and for every year after" is your cue to go off stage the same side that you are entering for the beginning of Jul, jul
- Solo: Rory
- Small Group: Rylee, Rory, Teagan, Sophie, Sarah
