Hi everyone!
Thank you for a great rehearsal on Tuesday! It's wonderful to hear the ensemble sounding so great already! Just a few reminders for this coming week:
1. Closer to the Flame is to be MEMORIZED for Tuesday's rehearsal.
2. Please check the snack schedule that Kallie has posted and make sure to write your snack days down in your calendar! As well, take careful note of the attendance policies specified in Kallie's blog post - you must email both Claire and Kallie if you will be missing a rehearsal.
3. Reminder that scholarship applications are due on Tuesday, September 22. Please submit them via email to info@xara.ca.
4. All Xara tuition is due Tuesday, Oct 6 (or you need to have set up a payment plan with our treasurer by that point). If you are not applying for a scholarship, tuition can be given to Claire at any rehearsal prior to Oct 6.
